This exotic would solve all my problems in PvE lol. Bloodbound [u]and[/u] Blackhole :D

It's my dream exotic. It would be the perfect double dipping exotic for Hunters without being OP! My problem with Bloodbound is that no one ever gets close enough to actually get it to tether more than 2 people (and they tend to get out before I can land on the ground)
