Awesome. But terrifyingly infinite. It would be fun to see people challenging themselves to get to 99 magazine.
I would probably change it so if you miss a precision hit, you restart the clip at one round. That way you have to always hit those precision shots.

I was thinking that each extra bullet does two thirds the damage of the one before it, so eventually you just get a bullet that does .001 damage
