War Machine is a Force Barrier perk, but Relentless is not, however it does affect Force Barrier. With this, you could choose between Gift of Light or Unbreakable. I think you confused Relentless with Unbreakable.
It's still pretty OP, I agree. I'd have to think about removing the auto reload, but I see where you're coming from.

Although having gift of light, war machine, and I breakable would be a good (but not too powerful) exotic, without the auto refill
