The sash covers a small working generator. The chest plate changes with the shader, but not the blue arc light that comes from the generator Exotic perk Second chance: If you are killed while having a full arc blade charge, you can come back to life with your arc blade. Your super will drain more quickly, but your arc blade lunges have increased distance and damage. Once the arc blade runs out, you die and await revival/respawn.
