Okay, just threw this one together. Hope it's not too rubbish.
Pathfinding Excavation Nanobots
Arc Shotgun
The P.E.N is mightier than the sword.
Exotic Perk : Controlled Excavation - The first shot fired marks an enemy as the starting point. The second marks another as the end point. The third fires a stream of nanobots that homes in on the first point and then travels in a straight line directly to the second, damaging anything in between and becoming more powerful the longer the trigger is held.
The P.E.N looks like a shotgun with glass barrels, with a series of rubber tubes running from the barrels to a trio of pronounced glass tanks full of what appear to be tiny mechanical fireflies. It looks like a hybrid of Vex and golden age tech, roughly patched up over the years. Some of the glass is cracked. When fired, the shot sounds like a softer shotgun, but leaves an echo similar to the sound of someone running a finger around the rim of a wine glass.
Impact: (1-10)
Rate of Fire: 5
Range: 6
Reload:3
Note: Holding the trigger will increase the impact by one over the space of ten seconds. Anything caught in the beam takes damage once every second. Holding the trigger for over ten seconds results in a misfire that will fully strip the guardian's shields and those of any other guardians within a 12' radius. The movement of the two marked enemies is unaffected by taking damage from the weapon, and the stream will automatically adjust to create the shortest possible route between them. Enemies caught in the beam can be staggered as per usual.
