Exotic Name: Times Chances (Exotic Pulse Rifle)
Flavour Text: Even time has its chances.
Exotic Perk: Every pulse shot has a 50/50 chance to return to the magazine. Every shot in that one pulse that does not return to the magazine does 5 extra damage.
Description: Similar to the a normal pulse rifle model but the rifle comes out of a goblins eye at the end.
