And 2 it is something unique, I would hate that since in pve Flame shield is quite useful, and it only lasts for 11-13 seconds
Plus its a perk, no one uses the other two since they're not as great as flameshield

Because flame shield is OP why wouldn't you use it? No other classes has anything even close to being as good as flame shield for melee

Well there is shoulder charge, smoke grenades, throwing knives. That seem fair, giving all the classes the same ability won't bring anything unique to the class. The warlock melee providing a shield on hit seems fair since they have the lowest base armor of the classes
