Why do planets make noise. Its weird.

  • Because everything makes noise. The atoms and compounds making up planets vibrate constantly (if they aren't, that's called absolute zero), and, if you remember, sound is the vibration released from objects. However, sound itself cannot travel through space without a medium, so these planetary "sounds" are electromagnetic waves radiating off of the surface being captured and slowed down.
