Is it true that tiny black holes constantly form around us but just disappear almost instantly due to Hawking radiation? I just heard this on offtopic and I honestly don't know if what he was saying is true

As far as I know, no. I guess it would be technically possible for black holes to form and dissipate without us knowing all around us, if small enough, however there are no conditions with which a black hole should form from every day life. We have made these tiny black holes before in particle colliders, but that's obviously because there were conditions with which a blackhole should form, like matter being squished together at high speeds.

Thanks, that's what I thought because I can't see matter being dense enough to create an escape velocity that exceeds the speed of light in every day life lol
