Explain to me how Astronomy and Astrology are different and why I should care to not use them interchangeably.

Astronomy: Scientific study of stars and shit (essentially anything not on Earth). Astrology: Pseudoscientific "study" of stars, constellations, birth signs and shit and how they supposedly determine the most general and universally applicable things about us.

I'm still going to use them interchangeably just to piss people off.
