I didn't either. I just made that up. I did however look it up. Light and matter can exist but not enter. Sounds almost like an exit point of a black hole

Thats one iof the theories of what it is. Although they are significantly more rare than a black hole. We havent found any and, unlike blck holes, which are almost impossible to detect, the are almost impossible not to detect
