If you think Tlaloc isn't exotic then you haven't used Tlaloc. Unfortunately the same can't be said for the Fabian strategy.

Just got Fabian stately and tried it in crucible... Was amazed at how ineffective it was.

Titans always get the short end of the stick when it comes to armored exotics :/

Ironally we also got the "short" end of the stick when it comes to melee range

It's only a exotic when your super is up, besides that it's just a standard scout rifle

I disagree about Fabian strategy. It feels completely unique and is fun to use.
