never said it was op just that it was powerful, op would be gjallarhorn. i'll elaborate on that if you take raze lighter into a bossfight using it isn't safe, you're gonna get loads of damage off though so there's a risk reward setting for that damage to a single target. compare that to gjallarhorn which you could fire from behind cover and also do stellar damage with at the same time, the latter is op because it's low risk high reward, the former is high risk high reward and thus far more balanced. that's my opinion though and i just wanted to tell you that since i didn't explain what i meant before
