I didn't say it was easy to get. I said everyone had it. Well pvp players did.
But no one used it. It suuuuuuucked so bad. The buff happened then that's all you say for months. I think it was very easy to get. Most everyone I know thought it was cake.

I was such a fanboy of its' design and Hand Cannons in general that I TRIED to use it. Played Gunslinger with the Chain of Woe perk to try and have the Reload be decent. It still didn't work out great.

I know, it had suck potential as a great weapon, but alas bungie is not good with balance
