Legendary?
So that would just force ppl to use exotics 24-7... No.

Except they can only equip one exotic at a time so they'll still have to use legendaries.

If said exotic is a special weapon, they'll still have to use their primary or heavy weapon, if it's a heavy weapon, they wont have enough ammo to use it all the time. If it's a primary, well there's really nothing wrong with using your primary all the time is there
