They should be a little bit better than any legendary. That's the whole reason why you can only equip ONE.
"God-tier" is going too far because it eventually forces everyone to use the exact same loadout.... Cough cough Ghorn.

Edited by Wings Fan 85: 6/7/2016 2:57:51 PMI did just fine not using a Gjallarhorn religiously until The Dark Below came out and I finally got boots that allowed me to carry more rockets. My 300 rounds of Corrective Measure was plenty good enough.
