The funny thing about this stupid statement is that it is completely backwards. The people who actually play a lot of PVP aren't crying about all the OP things. They are using them.
The people who cry are the PVE players who want to play some PVP and then get instant melted so they come here and cry about whatever gun killed them the most. Most of the best PVP players are snipers. You don't see them here crying for a nerf to their favorite guns. You hear the casual player who can't get into PVP and dominate like they do in the extremely easy PVE world.
Not to mention PVE players got Ghorn nerfed with all their crying, the former greatest gun in Destiny history. They also got thorn buffed from its original form which was fine in PVP but PVE players wanted it stronger there. That essentially started the first wave of Crucible crying.

Anyone that I know that plays PVE regularly just doesn't play crucible, like at all. If anything they only play the daily crucible match when they need marks, but couldn't care less if they win or lose. They don't complain about it because they don't play it. The people that do complain are people that play a lot of crucible, but don't have the OP weapons that everyone is destroying them with.
