Curious if blink, shadestep, TG cool downs would be affected by the artifact for sprint cool down.

If it did that would be OP. unlimited shade step? No thanks.

I'd imagine they won't be, since Blink is a jump upgrade and Shadestep/TG are both evades. Apart from that, Memory of Jolder would undo everything that was changed about those three things to make the game fairer. I sincerely doubt that would be the intended effect.
