Ok someone explain to me how this is supposed to be the first 2 expansions into one, because I'm pretty sure Dark Bellow was bigger on it's own.

Dark below had no arena or anywhere near the level of quality of life improvements that are being touted here. Ornaments, a new PvE arena, a reworked strike loot system, a new patrol area, a new enemy type, game changing artefacts.... all much more than TDB. TDB basically just added more of the same and a raid. This update is changing so much more.
