It doesn't sound like it. TTK includes the others, but they talk about Rise of Iron requiring TTK.
I haven't seen any deals on all of them yet and the wording sounds like RoI will be its own entity.

Yeah me neither... But there was a deal when TTK was release that included everything from Y1 for the same price as the new game cost us at year 1 release. Hopefully they make a better deal as this is the last step before Destiny 2 as far as I know.
