Keep our level and subclasses. Give us 3 new subclasses and go from level 40 to level 80 then build on whatever light level we will be at the time

This. Just keep it like the transition from year 1 to TTK. Even if they see out a full 10 year plan that's only 3-4 games so 120 level by the end of the last one with light level variations coming via expansions.
