They should give us the option. For example, give us the option of downloading our oldest character on our profile to Destiny 2. If we want to start fresh, we get the option.

I thought the delete character function was already an option.

But like at the beginning, it can ask "Would you like to upload your current guardian to Destiny 2?" They start at lvl one, and all the gear they have can start at level one, but can be infused. Something like that.

That's what I'm staying. When you start, it asks if you want to transfer your character or not. If you select that you don't, you start with a brand new guardian you design.
