If they don't allow us to bring forward weapons and gear (which I'm sure they won't) I honestly don't care if I have to start new characters. In fact I would welcome having a fresh start with tons to do. I actually don't even understand why someone would want to buy a whole new game and just use old characters. It's not like our guardians have personality, everyone looks basically the same, wears 1 of 4 sets of gear and uses the same weapons. If this is more about losing pvp stats I don't get that either. It wouldn't be the same game. It's a sequel not a add on.

Bungie couldn't even add content for an entire year. So what makes you think they will make anything better knowing since Ttk dropped. This game became a get me by? In fact ROI is an insalt to Bungie's fanbase knowing they had to wait a year. [quote] I actually don't even understand why someone would want to buy a whole new game and just use old characters. By not separating PvP balance from PvE. Bungie killed the concept of exotic. Making them worthless and not worth the time in acquiring them because of the stupid 3OC. Love how Bungie used 3OC to justify their screwed up RNG making exotics have less of a value and turnd them into a material for progression. Yeah, have to give them props on that. So guess what? We get to expect more usless exotics in Destiny 2. When Bungie can bring back somewhat of the concept of what this game was created for or at least try. Maybe they might have something. Until then, gamers are going to have to deal with a mediocre game that the company mainly focuses on PVP. [quote]If this is more about losing pvp stats I don't get that either. The sandbox has shown in the last 2 years that they can not handle it. It's to much for them so their way of dealing with it is nerfing it or even nerf it a few times and it's entire category. Or just say -blam!- it! We don't want to deal with it so remove it. Great concept on balancing huh?
