PSN, Amazon, Microsoft Store, and even Steam says that preorders that go longer than 3 months aren't refundable. Crying to customer services isn't a guarantee that you'll get refunded. Good for you for being an expert cry baby apparently.
Refund laws also vary by location. Maybe you live in a refund friendly location
