Again, it all comes down to budget... Like I said, overhead will make or break anyone. If he has plenty of money from making $21/hour then he obviously has low overhead that allows his to save quite a bit for his economical bracket. Ironically $21/ hour is just about average in America, so if the person has low overhead, they should be doing great, and saving a lot of money. It's all perspective...
