Only thing I'm gonna say in response (cause I don't wanna take too much time on the rest) is your pay to win comment. That "stuff you want" is not helping you win. Vanity items don't help a player beat someone without those items. Paying real money can save someone time in leveling but who cares.... that's not a distinct advantage that helps that player win against those who haven't paid
