A fallacy, by definition, is not valid. Just as I can't admittedly use a variation of the No True Scotsman argument and then claim that it proves my point. Such as "no TRUE Destiny fan has anything against pre-orders." I use that merely as an example, I don't really care whether you order in advance or not. But I do have a quibble with your logic chain.
