How exactly can a moaning zombie nerf a weapon in a "triple A" FPS?
Hundreds of times.
Why isn't bungie paying them if true?
Every decision made is on Bungie.
Hopefully they learn or hire people who focus on the game rather than the loudest whine they can get within earshot of.

Bungie makes those decisions based on what the players are telling them. Don't be ignorant. If no-one complained about the Vex in Y1, they wouldn't have felt the need to tweak it.
