Yea you can change them according to what armour you have on. Each armour piece has an intrinsic perk and two options, for example you might get a recovery helmet with options to increase either resilience or mobility. None of this affects any abilities. It's all about your armour, recovery and mobility that's all

I played on my own year one never completed a raid as the majority of people were turds with no patience so played alone, met one guy who is a decent guy who pointed out I was running a 0,0,5 build think I had 500 on strength 😂
