Go play a brand new character with no int/dis/str and tell me how long it takes to get your abilities in D1. It seems slow because we have no gear with CD reduction yet.

There's still going to be gear that gives you cooldown reduction, which isn't in the beta. It seems to me that a lot of people are jumping the gun already. One thing you have to remember is that if you're going to compare this beta to endgame Destiny 1, you're doing it wrong. It's a fresh start. You aren't going to be an all-powerful god obliterating your way through strikes and popping supers once a minute in crucible. Save that for when you actually have the opportunity to earn it when the real game is released!
