Edited by Mathias of the White Wind: 7/19/2017 6:52:12 PMWell, I get the point made. Supers are slow, buuut we're also used to the reduced cooldowns from stats. What we aren't used to is running with stock, generic gear. Most of us are so accustomed to being fully kitted out with exotics, fine tuned our builds, having our supers at a cooldown of four minutes or less without orbs or kills, making it so much faster with orbs and kills. What Destiny 2 has done is revamp that system from the ground up, what our armor now does is boost our damage migitation, or recovery rate, movement speed and jump height. It doesn't affect CD's on grenade or melee. People worried about ammo also seem to forget how often our armor boosts X weapon ammo reserves, another thing D2's stock armor isn't doing in the beta. Short version; We are too accustomed to our builds in Destiny 1 that we forget what it's really like without them. Even the most diehard fans of destiny should have expected this much, that game was starting over completely.

Removing any way to change ability cool-downs will make this game pure garbage in my opinion. And I am only referring to PvE.

I highly expect things like armor mods will cover that. As said, we're working with stock gear, no mods.
