Played in a few games where no one managed to get a super at all.....it's either that or every player gets their super at the same time with about a minute to go. Just seems pointless even having one if you an only get it right at the very end of a game.

I'm very confident it's because we don't have armor mods yet that can effectively improve grenade, melee, super recharge rates. Not saying you're wrong for feeling it's too slow, but I think it's planned for.

I'm like 90% sure the armor mods will just be the ammo perks from D1. Maybe also the burn resistances

Why wouldn't it be "X weapon reloads faster" -- "grenades recharge rate improved" ?? Feels like that's as likely as a scenario. I bet there will even be mods for helmets that affect orb generation, or convert orbs to melee/grenade regen instead of super regen and such. Just seems with how "barebones" armor is in the BETA that the mods are going to be the way they expect us to further customize our chars and mold them to specific playstyles with drastic trade-offs. Trade-off example would be, I mod all my armor to be fast grenade regen, but now my melee and super are just as slow as the beta. Compared to another guardian that modded towards super regen, vs another guardian that went a mix of the three. I could be wholly wrong, but i'm pretty confident that's why they've been so secretive about mods as they're going to be a "game-changer".

I agree, hopefully armour mods will make a difference to charge rates. I'm suprised that getting kills doesn't contribute to super charge though.
