Oh really - wtf are they thinking... diversity is no longer a Thing i assume. Holy crap that is terrible imo...

I don't think it's a terrible idea as it prevents things like the wombo-combo of the hunter and other ability bs that happened in D1, it's just the charge times are sooo long that in PvE it really affects gameplay, and in PVP I'm lucky to see a single super before the match ends.
