I played crucible for a couple of hours yesterday and I enjoyed it much more than D1 crucible. Of course there are ppl who have become dependent on sticky nades and are not going to like it but it was very refreshing to not have to worry about get killed by a sticky nade every 5 seconds. Gun skill plays a much bigger role now and I like it. Bungie has already stated that players only being able to get 1 super per match was done intentionally.

I agree

You get teamshotted literally every second encounter. And if enemies are low, they decide to back out, even when both of you are one shot. At least enemies in D1 stay in a gunfight, and play more aggressive. (I never thought I'd say that) I already know I won't take a single step into this excuse of a "competitive" PvP mode, when the full game comes out.
If they don't implement major changes.
It isn't even fun. One super per game. What the actual f*ck? Yes, it tries to be competitive. But it takes the fun away almost completely. And that's what videogames are made for.
-
WTF! So you're saying that they should keep engaging until they die. How is that smart? Being competitive is knowing when to engage and when to disengage. If you know you aren't going to win the encounter, why would you stay in it? Disengage and get yourself into a position where you can win the encounter. They aren't cowards, they are smarter.
-
They are passive-aggressive p*ssys. Like I said. In nearly every encounter, both of us are one shot. But they still dip out. Even though it would be a trade at least.
-
You clearly don't know what being passive aggressive means. Why do you care so much about what other people do? If they want to dip out because they are about to die, that's their call, wether it would be a trade or not. No point in getting bent out of shape over it.
-
Well I don't like their playstyle. Which is one of the main reasons why I won't even bother to touch PvP when the full game is released.
Well I don't like their playstyle. Which is one of the main reasons why I won't even bother to touch PvP when the full game is released.
I guess you do know what passive aggression is because you demonstrated it with this post. You sound like a whiny 7 year old on the playground saying to the other kids "If you aren't going to play it my way, then I'm not going to play with you". Grow up mate.
-
Nah, I am grown up. No one forces me to play this game. If I don't have fun with specific game modes, because the players are shit, I won't play it. Goes same for real life, I really don't know how you come up with that 7 yo part. If you can't handle my opinion, f off
-
I don't know what D1 crucible you played in, but I only ever get cowards who run away as soon as that take any damage.
-
I second that sir
-
Not everyone is going to like it. Maybe you should try to learn how to flank enemies instead of just running straight at them. That's what I was doing yesterday and was pretty successful at it. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience.
-
That doesn't change the fact that there are barely any 1v1 anymore. Even when you flank. The time to kill is so ridiculously high, that when you almost got the one guy down, the other one spots you and kills you. It really doesn't come down to gunskill. Move in a squad, and you win. 100% of the time

Uuuummmmm..... Sorry to break it to you but that how a team game is supposed to be played. Don't blame the game for your inability to adapt.
-
Well I am sure to play Rumble to test my true gunskill when the full game comes ou...... oh wait. Also: I have never EVER been teamshotted in Destiny 1 in comparison to Destiny 2. This is just ridiculous.
-
Go back to CoD then. Good riddance.
-
Never even played CoD. And not going to start. I just want good old 1v1, that's it. Doesn't matter if it's in team based game or rumble.
Why am I even caring. I won't touch this shit when the game comes out.
Sorry for wasting your time. Just don't cry for nerfs, Crucible Players. If you haven't learned from the first game, then those people are special little retards.
