No one ever talks about PvE, the changes make sense in pvp, although I'd rather the supers start popping up mid game rather than the last 45 seconds. Supers are so slow to charge, I had 145 kills and only two, maybe three supers. They also burn out so fast. One golden gun shot didn't even take out a legionnary cabal, and did around 700 ish damage on Protheon, whereas one sniper shot did around 900 on Protheon. I can barely take out a major with half or all of my super. Also, power ammo drops are too few and far between. I saw maybe 3 bricks at most in a strike run, and it gave little ammo. The sniper I was using, albeit low impact, did not feel powerful at all. It's just a praedyth's revenge type sniper shoved in the heavy slot, without extra damage to compensate since it's now a heavy/power weapon. It also didn't help that Protheon is just a bullet sponge without many mechanics and just tons of adds.

  • Then they should make the content challenging, not tedious. Add more mechanics instead of bullet sponges.

  • I do agree with you that they should make the content challenging with more mechanics, and I do think they should make the charge rate of the supers slightly faster, but too fast and it won't be good either. Bungie has to find a balance, hopefully they can.

  • Agreed. I love the changes to PvP but PvE feels a little lackluster. I've given Bungie the benefit of the doubt but they made PvE superficially harder. It's not really a challenge, enemies just take more ammo to kill.
