Even with orbs it is still much slower. Plus the supers are much less powerful and orb generation is not as friendly. This was 100% unnecessary in PVE, regardless. They buffed supers in PVE in Destiny 1 just to overnerf them in Destiny 2? Doesn't make a whole lot of since does it?
