Double lightning grenades are still a thing in D2

Reality no one gives a crap about Trials other then hard core PVP fanatics and streamers who turned Trials a cash grab. Destiny always had a higher population on PVE and players dedicated more time on PVE activities . Just because PVP players were bitchy and Bungie chooe to cater their desire doesn't mean they are in control. With the current direction Destiny will flop in couple months if they won't change a lot of things they nerfed within D2. Because PVE community will not continue to play and PVP community is not enough to carry this game. This is simple reality my friend.

Welcome to a world without light. The entire basis of destiny 2 is to fight against an enemy without your abilities cuz they been taken off you/weakened. To ever think that spamming nades every 4 seconds and popping supers every minute in destiny 2 was gonna be a thing, is straight up moronic. Tbh, i think for every ability spammer who walks away, a genuine fps player who was put off by destinys over the top focus on abilities will come back. Which ultimately is better for the community cuz there'll be less kids who get upset when they're shot in a shooter game. As for catering to pvp players desire, yes they did. Because pve doesnt need touching. Speed running through kingsfall raids at 335 light with WoL bubble and ToM/BS was all that happened so what did it matter to you guys if doctrine got nerfed. When the PvP players got up in arms about clever dragon with high cal being virtually unstoppable, what point was there in asking the pve community seeing as the only weapon you'd use is outbreak prime or chaos dogma?

If that is the route Destiny 2 will take , this game will die in less then 3 months.

You get everything wrong about Destiny 2 . Ghaul takes your light . however next story you'll go take your light back. And if you are looking for proof ? The grenades - supers you are using in PVP are all results of that light you get back :) The story of D2 is not about loosing our lights , it is about Aliens invading our home and destroying our homes. Light is a smal thing within the big picture. But it is perfectly normal for a PVP centric dude to understand things wrong as your only worry is your K/D LOL

Yeah literally next mission you get light back completely and gary goes home and thats story over. Mug. Getting your light back will be later in the story. They've already said the majority of the story is about trying to rebuild the vanguard to fight back against gary. Gonna be a fair few missions before that happens. Funny thing is i feel like I've got the best deal from destiny. While we both enjoyed destiny 1, i enjoyed shooting things and having abilities but you just enjoyed the abilities. Now the abilities have gone, i still enjoy it cuz i actually have thumbskill. But you can't give out grenades as if they grow on trees anymore so suddenly destiny 2 sucks in your opinion.
