You just read what you want, right? I never said that it's all about Supers or Abilities. In fact I have 50% primary kills because I love primary gunfights and in fact back in Vanilla there were actually awesome primaries so there wasn't any need to rely on cheap stickies or Icebreakers or supers to get kills. But those superhero abilities made this game special. Just compare Vanilla D1 PvP to the one of D2. Two completely different games. Is it really a good thing to change everything that made the first game awesome? It all went down when Bungle decided to force the game o be mlg material...which it will never be. It all went down with Trials and every roundhousekick patch made it worse. When I played it the first week I neber would've thought that it'll be changed to what it is now.
No, I don't want the same game. I just want that Destiny feeling back. But what we'll get is another stipped down version of that we have now. Next time they could simply remove supers, powerweapons and abilities altogether...it wouldn't change that much anymore.

Vanilla D1 pvp led to what D1 pvp is now. Terrible. Just ability spam. Weapons were incredibly overpowered leading to nerf after nerf and that's why sidearms stickies and icebreaker are the meta.

In Year 1 there was way less ability spam because you had good weapons in your hand. Bungie did the worst thing on choosing nerfing everything down to hell which caused the Special and Ability spam because primaries can no longer compete with either.

Edited by TeddyBundy: 7/20/2017 12:56:06 PMThat's because Bungle is unable to balance shit in a bowel, not because PvP wasn't fun. Also, the guns weren't even op. Suros for example was just good. Every weapon should've been that way. But they destroyed the whole weapon class because of that one gun. Same with the Vex. That thing was op...but instead of toning it down a bit, they destroyed all Fusion Riifles. Wrong nerf after weong nerf led to the desaster we're playing right now...and D2 is even worse.
