PvE super should be armor based + kill based
PvP should be kill based (higher super bonus per kill)
Nobody wants supers all over PvP. However, PvE needs abilities to feel awesome and for fun factor.

Speaking as a Defender main in Destiny 1, I hate the way Supers are granted in the D2 Beta. I can go positive, 2.0 KD and above in a match, and I get my Sentinel super [b][i]just as the match ends[/i][/b]. Nobody likes getting their super only for it to be too late to use it. I mean, I'm used to getting my Ward of Dawn only twice a match in D1, but I got it relatively early and [b][i]chose to hold it[/i][/b] until an opportune moment. In the D2 Beta, most of us don't see our supers, almost laughably, until Shaxx is about to call the match over anyway.
