We match this cheater every day and we report him every day.
Why didn't you use the "block" feature Xbox provides? PS must provide the equivalent.

Doesnt work. U can still match them :(
-
It can take a while for the system to fully implement the block. It's not instant.
-
Blocking only prevents communication, it does not effect matchmaking or other means of online gaming in whatever game that is not how XboX Live is set-up.
-
Hmmmm... I never see the cheater again when I block them.
-
I've played with people who I have blocked on XboX Live. You can share games, you can share party's but they cannot communicate with you. Blocked does nothing more or less than block communication.

Edited by More Power: 11/6/2018 8:23:29 PMUnless you can provide a link to a Microsoft document stating that blocks only block comms, what you have is an opinion. Nothing more. Since 2011, I've not been matched with someone I've blocked the previous day or earlier.

I care shit about you believing me or not, Blocking on xbox live does not effect matchmaking, I know this from my own experience. Also give it a thought, why would they introduce a system where people can simply block everybody in the Crucible who is better than them, which would give great players also a bad reputation, and would give Bungie a headache since matching people up would only be harder since they have to take in account the blocked lists of all 8 people. PS: Blocking another player prevents you from receiving the player’s messages, game invites, and party invites. It also prevents the affected player from seeing your online activity and removes them from your friends list, if they were on it. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/xbox-live/block-or-mute-other-player Tell me where it mentions matchmaking?

Edited by AppointedPoet13: 11/8/2018 2:22:26 AMSo since it is not there you have no reason at all to say it works like that (hey that would be dumb, I could also say blocking somebody make it rain goldfish, and it is true since it is not there...). I say that it does what it says, no more, no less, your fantasy imagines that it also does other things for which you lack all proof, and can't even find a single weblink supporting your claim. Posts about people who blocked other players but still run into them due to matchmaking however are for yrs widely spread over the web. So either support your lies or just shut the f up with your disinformation.
