I'll make sure the security team sees your report. We don't allow accusations that include player names to be posted publicly here on the forums because it leads to witch hunting, but you can report suspected cheaters using [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=13967]this form[/url].
We do issue bans and restrictions for a wide array of cheating including modification or interruption of Destiny 2 network traffic with intent to disrupt the experience of other players or to gain an advantage in the game.

Account recoveries I can see being bannable if you have proof that the people are paying money..... but if you can't beat a single or double carry that's kinda on you for losing a 3v4 or 2v4.

The proof is everywhere...for example... I have D2 set to Xbox Home. They have clips and streamers advertised next to the game. Every single day I've logged on there is a streamer doing recoveries. His title is LUNA'S FOR ALL. Every. Single. Day. This shit is mainstream. It's not just 1 guy doing the recov's. They treat this shit like a business. He is quoted saying "Get on that account, cuz we need "x" elo, we can knock out all 4 of these recov's at the same time" It's not just 1 guy on the team doing recov's. Actually, when I decided to check on this stream to see what this shit is all about, it has always been at the very least, 3 recov's every stream. They even had to "break" because they finished 2 accounts and needed to switch to others. People need to stop pretending this shit isn't happening...the Player Base has all but left, maybe if there were millions playing it wouldn't be as noticable...but the sad fact is that the game is dying and this recov shit, the cheating shit....is in the spotlight. Bungie has to do something. That's the bottom line.

You realize you can report that to twitch if that's true because that is against twitches terms of service. Now if they aren't publicly putting prices out there or discussing prices on stream then there is nothing that can be done about it. Lunas for all doesn't say $600 dollars for a recov or anything along those lines.... it just suggests they are helping people. I have friends that do recovs so I know it's out there but they are very careful about what they do/say on stream.

If you see a team full of 968 elo, they get matched vs 1100 elo....but the guys playing are 2600 elo....do you not understand the problem?

If you aren't going to get something done about it then quit complaining. 900-2100 from what I noticed all those guys play the same. No I don't see the problem seeing how there are a ton of people in that range of glory so the likelyhood of you hitting a recovery once out of every 50 matches is pretty low. They also don't run such drastically staggered elo like that for lunas howl seeing how ridiculously easy it is to get.. there is no need for that much setup it would be a giant waste of time. You can literally solo your way to 2100 in less then half a day. Either way like I said before. If you aren't going to get something done about it then quit complaining.

I never said it's not wrong but at the same time it doesn't really bother me. I solo qued to 3000. It's not like comp is ridiculously hard. 900 felt like 2100. You might want to get your head out of your arse. Not everytime you match someone that's higher does it mean they are doing a recov or manipulating the system. Sometimes the game just grabs whoever and throws them into a lobby to fill ques seeing their aren't a ton of people playing comp. I've been in a few lobbies when I was 1800-4000 playing full teams of guys that are 5500.
