They [i][b]might[/b][/i] be passing along any and everything.
One cannot prove or disprove either.
It's like saying the Cashier a store ripped you off because the Store Manager set high prices.
Think about your own job. How many decisions do you actually [i]control[/i]. How many times have you had to just say "I'll pass it along" (or some facsimile) because there was nothing you could do or guarantee?
There is a reason the saying "Don't shoot the messenger" is a thing. And this applies perfectly.

The proof is in the lack of actual bans. I have reported a whole fireteam for ddos-ing. Not one of them was banned. They continue on day after day doing the same cheat to numerous people. I'll assume atleast a handful have also reported them as well, and still they continue playing. The system is flawed. Period. (And most retailers are 3rd party. Store managers dont set the prices of anything, the suppliers do. Hence why store brand is always cheaper. Corporate sets those prices low because that is where the 100% is made).
