On pc I'd agree with you, but in this sandbox of spectral, blade barrage, sentinel, and sunbreaker, top tree could definitely use something to compete a little better. You only get the burst of speed in your super if you use burst glide. Strafe glide is better for top tree, personally, so it completely cripples it's mobility in super, and the tracking just isn't good enough to handle hunters jumping around like crazy. ...and if I had totally my way, I'd like the icarus dash to be more felt. If im gliding one way, and dash the other, I'd like to actually dash the other direction. A further dash would be really nice, but only a small increase.
