It was needed, but Bungie is passing it off as some Big Event, when it's the equivalency of a SANDBOX UPGRADE, and specialized Bounties.
It's lazy and eloquently worded to make the results APPEAR better than they are.

Again, doesn’t matter to me what they call it. It was needed changes and it’s being introduced as a package not just as a behind the scenes update.
