I agree with you completely, those are all excellent suggestions. I never have a problem with improving systems, my only issue comes in when people demand end game solo content. Like it or not there are only some many resources, so work on one thing, cuts into or cuts out work on another. This is a multiplayer game so really the end game content should be multiplayer based, but that isn't a reason to have poor in-game systems (like a lack of in game LFG).
I was mainly pointing out that your statement was slightly incorrect, as I have seen the division 2 used as an example a few times, and yet it's true end game content isn't actually soloable either. But it certainly does tend to have better systems altogether.
I would absolutely love the ability to ghost watch other people's games, and while it could be argued that you could just stream, it isn't quite the same as being able to flip through everyone view, or even be able to be disconnected from people's point of view in general. Not to mention group streaming takes a lot more to set up every time you want to do it. It would really help people learn the raids, and you could literally treat it as a kind of class to teach many people all at once, it would be incredibly helpful.
