I said nothing of challenge, nothing about destiny 2 raids are challenging, matchmaking still wouldn't work though. The only thing i can agree on is that there should be an in game way of finding people to play with.
A raid for example can be challenging and still have the necessary tools for people in a matchmade group to succeed.
Ok so lets say we have matchmaking for last wish after hours searching you've finally found a group two people don't speak the same language as everyone else one guy has never done it and doesn't tell anyone until a good hour or two in and of the remaining three one guy doesn't have a mic while another is to low of light to actually be of any help and finally the last guy is toxic af and leaves well now what do you just pull some poor soul into this mess? Is there a penalty for leaving? and if there is does that mean its now lifted since one person already left? what do you do when the match made groups flood the forums saying the easy raid is to hard and needs to be changed?
Since there's "literally nothing wrong with matchmaking" and all boils down to "lazy game design" please tell me how you would fix this hot mess.
