I don't know. Seems the complexity of solo content would be pretty straightforward. And let's be honest... when public events such as Escalation Protocol and Blind Well lose their popularity (very quickly after people get the rewards they want) they become solo events - are they are abandoned. I would also suggest Daily Missions or Strikes could be easily tweaked to make solo options with modified loot pools and difficulty. The most likely thing to cause difficulty is restructuring the GUI to accommodate the new menu items. In reality that's creating new categories much like they do during special events. And, once it's done, it's done. New items in the menu category could be easily added.

A couple of those might be easy and I don’t see why they shouldn’t. Whenever you get into adding things that weren’t there though without lots of planning is tricky. I don’t know if the time and planning would be of best economic interest given the majority of players play content with others and expect to be able to. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not against solo content, I’m just not going to pretend the game is meant to be it or that solo content should be developed as a primary means of garnering player attention.
