I go and play in random lfg raids (boredom) such as the Leviathan for example and people can't listen or do that raid at all. I had 3 lfg teams fail at gauntlet in a row because they are incompetent. I have had people in the raid with no mics and no experience also.

Sounds to me like bad leadership. Easy to call everyone bad rather than accept you might be the issue.

Clearing a raid doesn't automatically make you capable of leading one.
