If the “support ticket” you’re referring to is in regards to an account ban, or PvP restriction, then there is no followup. Bungie staff would have contacted you if there was a change in your status. As stated on the form, there is no guarantee that you will receive a direct reply from Bungie staff. This is especially true if your ban or restriction is being upheld.
