Best time to follow up with player support ticket?

I submitted a ticket on Friday April 3rd, wondering when should I reach out again?

If the “support ticket” you’re referring to is in regards to an account ban, or PvP restriction, then there is no followup. Bungie staff would have contacted you if there was a change in your status. As stated on the form, there is no guarantee that you will receive a direct reply from Bungie staff. This is especially true if your ban or restriction is being upheld.
Your role as a moderator enables you immediately ban this user from messaging (bypassing the report queue) if you select a punishment.
