Support Ticket

Hey 10 days ago i opened a Support Ticket because i got banned. In my [Request Received] mail, it says, i do not get informed if my request gets rejected, but i do would love to know if i have to start from 0 again, or if my request is just about to be processed. regards, Tutsnut
